Disappointing
I booked this place for my daughter and her family two girls ge 11 +8... when they arrived they thought it was beautiful as it's location is perfect, right on the beach, only when they went to their room it did not look anything like what we had booked, it was a very basic family room..... I had to complain after 4 days because their room had not been cleaned properly, there were dirty glasses not removed , my daughter stripped the beds and put the sheets on the floor to make aware they were dirty and needed changing, only to find they were put back on the beds, once I complained the situation was rectified. However they staff didn't keep the pool area ect clean either.... if you have bad weather, which can happen to anyone, this is not ideal as there is no inside area to sit and eat as it's all done at the beach side bar/resturant. However I have to say that all staff at the bar/food were amazing as was all the food, I was staying further along the beach but was happy to eat here.
