Old hotel old room

I booked this hotel for my colleagues for their business trip. The actual hotel price is actually about RM200 but I booked this hotel via agoda, it charge me almost RM350 per room. However this hotel is old and room is not that great as per review. During the period of stay, there were raining non stop and the whole hotel black off at the middle of night so they total can't sleep. Not recommended for anyone who came here for business trip and my colleagues said there are many more better hotel nearby.
