we enjoyed the peaceful garden cottage almost on the beach. the reception was very helpful. there you can rent a scooter, book the boat-trips to other island, get a taxi... on the beach there are nice restaurants with good fish, good massage...
the whole place is quiet enough and you can still find nice peace here other than in chaweng that is noisy, messy and too built. in our bathroom we had some problems with broken valves so the water run in waste. when the thunderstorm took the electricity the service was good and quick, we got candles in a minute. in the reception we good use internet and skype-talk with our children for free.
