Hands down, this is probably the best place to stay in Phuket. Close to Kata Beach & Karon Beach - although the hotel has free transport facilities to the beaches, we walked everyday to the beach (it's a 10 minute walk to Kata and 15 minute walk to Karon) The Hotel has an amazing pool - if you want to splurge, make sure you get the Pool access room. The pool is very big, has a bar access and a waterfall feature. The pool is gorgeous! Staff is very nice, and for whole stay has been very welcoming. We felt very good, from the attending staff always smiling to the nice restaurant service, it was impeccable. Everything is brand new. I like that the high quality pillows, really nice bedding and comfortable mattress. The hotel also provided a very good hairdryer! Everything in the room is built with a very high attention to details. Would definitely stay here again.
