It was a nice resort with a beautiful pool area, but that's about all that can be said. The staff was rude and didn't speak English. Some kind of animal left its feces in our bed and when we told the staff at 21:30 before going to bed, they basically laughed at us. We had to ask them to change the sheets, as if that wasn't obvious. Then the next morning the water just stopped working. No toilet, shower, sink , etc. And when we told them, they acted surprised and said they'd look into it but we later learned it happens all the time and they just didn't want to admit it. Finally they rented me a motor bike with bad brakes and I had a fall. I was covered in bandages from my trip to the hospital but when I returned the bike to the women at the front desk, they didn't ask if I was okay, just went to make sure the bike wasn't damaged. It was horrible service. I asked them for a bag of ice to put on my wounds and the woman rolled her eyes and finally went to get some.
