Amazing value, exceptional quality.
The staff at Leechiang are brilliant; professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. We have had great food recommendations, help with booking tours and our room is cleaned every day to a very high standard.
However what really stood out for us was their attitude when we missed our flight and therefore turned up a day late. Not only were they very understanding of our situation but they actually gave us a free night for the one we missed. That is customer service of the highest quality and we were so grateful for such the incredibly kind gesture.
The rooms themselves are beautiful. Light, airy and spacious with a really comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. The shower is always hot and the water pressure is good too. Wifi has been great throughout our stay and we have had no problems with the signal or with streaming.
There are nice touches like a small kettle and tea and coffee, a good clean fridge, a safe and excellent air-con.
Breakfast is simple but delicious and you have the option of fresh fruits, cereal, toast and eggs freshly made to order. The coffee is great too!
Overall I'd thoroughly recommend.
