Very friendly welcoming staff

Had a lovely stay at thapae loft for 5 nights in Chiang Mai. Hotel was a great base, right beside the night market and a few shops and restaurants. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful with arrange trips and activities. The rooms are very comfortable and always kept very clean; air conditioning was very good too, we enjoyed our stay!

Great staff
Perfect location to everything. Staff knew us on first name basis. Incredibly friendly and set us up with activities and recommendations. Only complaint was the internet. Worked but pretty finicky.
