One of the Worst Ever

Check in was like torture. The front desk clerk claimed not to find my reservation although I presented Agoda's confirmation. After 30 minutes of dissapearance and waiting, he found it. Poor way to start a holiday. Then , the room which is supposed to be deluxe, had a dirty bathroom and smelly air con. They sent the maid to place a burning candle oil scent instead of fixing the cause of the problem or offering to change the room. Check out was almost as bad, 20 minutes waiting with no explanation. The only reason I waited eas to collect the deposit which they made me pay at check in 1200 Baht. This place arely deserve 2.5 star not the 4 they claim. Plenty of better options so beware.
