Staffs are all willing to help

Staff are willing to help at most times. Although the staff that is always patrolling around the pool has made me felt uncomfortable. As well as picking on people regarding asking for room numbers. Does it seem like I wasn't a guest at the hotel to her or something? It was strongly disrespectful to have questioned us

Helpful staff, nice view and cleanliness room

Good location, but cockroach found in the room
Overall fine but we found a cockroach alive which is totally unacceptable. Hotel staff didn’t come immediately even after calls. Manager didn’t handle it well too.
