Not worth a 4 star

Location is not that good, difficult to find driver to send us there. Can't find in Grab. Taxis refused to send. To enter the road the driver will need to get a ticket from the counter and after drop off, the ticket needs to be stamped by the hotel (there's no bell boy to do that, driver or the passenger have to walk into the hotel reception to get it stamped).
Room toilet stinks and the tv after switched off, not able to on. After complaint, they sprayed air fresher to the toilet and asked us to switched on and off the tv from the back of the tv, don't use the remote. Requested to change room, at first they declined and said no rooms available but the hotel is empty, can see from the room windows). After a few round of complaints only they willing to change the room for us. Luckily they changed becasue after we back from dinner, not just the toilet is smelly, the entire room is SMELLY!!
Breakfast with very limited choices, no refill after 8:30am. Coffee cup with lipstick stain.

Accommodating, clean and new

Location is not for those wanting to be in the middle of the centre. But its not far from it either. Good value for money.
