If you want family room, double check with hotel

I reserved family room because my kid likes the decoration and toy, however when I check-in around 3:00pm ( quite early already right? ) they replied me that all family rooms are occupied ( I don't believe actually it is early ). And they offer me upgrade to suite, and I spend some time to ask them to setup my kid bed with some toys... But still disappointed for me. Rather than this, the swimming pool is good with slider (nice), staffs are very nice and helpful. But the cost is quite high even without breakfast ...

A wonderfull place to stay at!
