Great for families/children

The hotel is located at the end of town, on a busy main road. There isn’t a huge amount in the immediate vicinity, but it’s not too long of a walk to the town, especially if you take the seafront as opposed to the path along the main road.
Check in was seamless. A welcome drink. Incredibly friendly staff. No delays. No issues. We were also given an upgrade at check in which was a lovely surprise.
The resort is spotlessly clean. Very well managed.
Our room was huge. There was so much space it was crazy. We had a little outdoor seating area too. The bed was super big and comfy. The bathroom was lovely. The only issue there though, some people may not like that there is a glass wall in the bathroom, so unless your comfortable with your room mate, ie happy to have no privacy, then this is not the room for you. The shower was fantastic.
We were given water and towels for the baby also, without having to ask. The crib was all set up when we arrived.
Breakfast was great. Literally a never ending supply of food and something to suit everyone. It is noisy though, this is not the place to sit and have a quiet chilled start to your day.
The pools were great. Very clean. Not crowed. A pool specifically for children, with a slide, meaning the other two pools were more relaxing.
The kids playroom was also a super extra. Our baby is still a little young for this as he cannot yet crawl/walk but he loved the toys and interaction with other kids.
The spa was fabulous. Really relaxing and great service. The prices were good too, especially with the daily promotions they have going.
Food and drink was ok. The focus appeared to be more on pizza and burgers than traditional Thai food. It was expensive though. And drink was very very expensive compared to anywhere else we stayed in Thailand.
This hotel is a great place to go on a vacation with the family.
