great hotel for the price

excellent hotel, restaurants and bars excellent. plenty of space and sunbeds for sunbathing. five minutes walk along the beach to karon. friendly staff and excellent service. the only negative comment I would say is that the hotel rooms and hotel does need a fresh coat of paint as they are showing slightly worn in places. also hotels need to purchase new towels. marks and stains and a few rips on some that we were given.

Great location but not the resort we thought it would be
