The staff at Novotel Karon was friendly and extremely helpful. They make our holiday a pleasant stay. The spa treatment was great. We have daily massages during our stay. Pricing is reasonable that we do not seek outside spa treatment in Karon town.
What’s great also was that you’re allowed to seat at one restaurant and ordered from the other 3 restaurants in the hotel. Convenient to offer variety of choices from Asian to western in one seating!
