Excellent value and facilities

Excellent staff and facilities are at the Novotel Karon. There are several pools and many activities for kids and adults to participate in. Whilst it is not the cheapest hotel in the area, it is most certainly excellent value for money, especially if you have kids.
The breakfast is also consistently very good, and many restaurants can be found within a 10 minute walk of the property.

Nice Resort great breakfast

We were in phuket for 2 days before we headed for koh samui this was our 2 nd time stay at novotel

We weren't given a good enough location for an 8 night stay. no transfer offered whole stay.
We had a bad overall Phuket experience that we won't be back unfortunately. It's hard to rate the hotel apart fromthe whole experience. The place is overly commercialized all in all that affected the... อ่านต่อ

Great family hotel

Would recommend for young families
