Not Really Clean

We returned to the hotel after a day out of town. Room with balcony was much better, but still, the floor was dirty. There were white powder on top of the side desk, which means the room was not properly cleaned before we checked in. The soap holder was rusty and one of the light bulb in the toilet was not working. Although we appreciate that the staff reacted quickly to fix the lighting, but these should have been taken care off before check-in.
