Excellent Hotel!

This hotel offered exceptional customer service, was in a great location in Old City and made our stay in Chiang Mai very welcoming. Breakfast is delicious too :) They helped us with airport transportation, helped locate and book a great spa on a rainy day and even had free bicycles to use! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Chiang Mai.

Rat Infested Nightmare
