Superb once we were moved.

Some serious work needs to be done on the plumbing at the rear of the west side of the building. Shower head was leaking and drains weren’t draining. Clearly there are no pea traps as the smell in our room was horrific! The hotel tried to cover up the smell with automatic febreeze puffers that just gave us a headache and made us feel nauseous from the chemical and sewer smell. After we alerted the staff, we were moved to the first floor the next day which suffered from the same issues and finally, by the third day we were moved to the other side of the building which finally was a clean smelling suite. The staff was excellent, polite and accommodating but the hotel needs some serious repairs as sewer smells are not going to attract guests in the future.

Stayed with 17-month old son and found the amenities to be very convenient and young-child friendly. Would highly recommend to any and all people traveling to Chiang Mai, and we will stay here again!

Great boutique hotel in the old city
Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was full of options and very nice. The only negatives were that the Gym was on rooftop (up 4 floors) of a different building and exposed to the weather. But overall ... อ่านต่อ
