Great location but room and staff need improvement

Pros: - Location is good as nearby have food and shop. Free transfer to jungceylon shopping mall from hotel. - Room size is big
Cons: - Book 3 room but out of the 3, 2 room air-con temperature can't be control - Staff friendliness need improvement - Room is abit noisy with pump noise all night

Upgrade needed
