Photos are misleading

Photos are misleading, one photo shows the jacuzzi part of the pool make that doesn’t even exist and is covered by decking. Make sure you read the small print that half the hotels facilities in the photos are out of action until mid next year. Lissa the manager was good though and moved us to a slightly better room.

Lovely place.
We had a great time in Prana Resort. We got an upgrade to a very new room. Our kids loved the bathtub.

Very clean and nice hotel. Staff were awesome and helpful. Location and food could be better
Great staff clean and friendly. Gym was a little small and food not so great. Location was not that good for those wanting to spend time in chaweng. Otherwise an awesome place and highly recommended.
