Staff are attentive, friendly and professional. Particularly impressed by the level of service of Nan and Tong. New section / beach club is going to make this a don’t miss venue. In house spa was professional, relaxing and very well maintained. Although a bit away from Ark bar etc Prana is a destination all by itself. I cannot wait to come back and try out the new additions 😃😃

Excellent Mid-Priced Hotel at Koh Samui
