Horrible experience
Went for a honeymoon with high expectations.
We were allocated in a room close to the kitchen not reserved at all very noisy .
When we arrived they put us in a room with no water running into the tap and not hot water in the shower . We request to the staff to help us out in this and he came he fix the shower and he told us that he would come back to fix the tap , he never did during 3 days that we spent there .
Staff can barely speak in English which was really difficult to explain the problems for them .
First day went for breakfast ( we bought it with break) it was showing that was a buffet and when we arrived it was nothing like that . That wasn't options of tea or juices no even coffee just coffee instantly powder. We were told that we had two options of breakfast ( 2 plates ) we order their version of English breakfast and as soon as it arrived was terrible the eggs you could smell it from far and see that it was off plus the sausage didn't look fresh too.
So we paid for breakfast and had to go to another place and pay again because the hotel did not complied what they were selling . Plus from our room we could see the back of the kitchen and they were washing dishes on buckets not even tap and they were preparing a raw chicken placed into a bucket on the floor close to the dirty dishes, and it stays outside for a long period of the time we saw that about 8 am and we came back from breakfast was 11 am the chicken was there . Lots of kids around running,staff speaking really loud all the time .
Completely disgusted our experience never going back again.
