disgusting smell in the room

It's a horrible horrible nightmare to spend 3 nights there . We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights there . The first night we checked in , there is a super strong gross smell in one the room , the pillows and the blanket smells like old people die in there !!! After we called the service to ask them change the room for us , they refused , however , after they changed the pillow cases , the smell in the room is still very strong ! Then we checked the other room , the pillow cases are dirty too !!!!!!!!! We were very upset but the lady who's there just sprayed some perfume on it and gave us back .... The worse hotel ever !!!!!

Good value for money

Long walk from pier and shopping/pub scene. No sea view at all - don't know where they get the "sea view" in the hotels name. 500 baht deposit for key. Lots of rules - I guess they get lots of scrotes... อ่านต่อ

Pretty Grounds but not a "Sea View"
There are only 2 bath towels provided for 2 people. So no hand towels. There are 2 dispensers in the shower, one for bath gel and one for shampoo. We were missing the dispenser for the bath gel, but ... อ่านต่อ

Bed bugs
