Has untapped potential

Stayed here many times, could be a first class hotel but lacks the will . Stayed here about ten times and still the toaster at breakfast doesn't work properly, staff are polite but not welcoming and rarely see a smile

Very good facility could be managed better

Nice big room and bed, however swimming pool give a miss, 2 buildings away and have to walk past 6aggressive wild dogs

What a dump !
Old old old ! Outdated and uncomfortable for the price. Do not waster your $. Mahasarakham has newer hotels not available on Agoda.
