Need the improvement

What we paid was overprice. The hotel room was comfortable and had good facilities but when we told a front staff that aircon in room was all night scramming and not cold, please inform her manager, she turned her back to us. Breakfast was fine but food order was overpriced and took 25 miniutes waiting. Nothing was remarkable. I am sorry to say that may be they need the improvement.

Uneven - requires more engaged management
This is a lovely facility, with very nice and comfortable rooms. It's a shame that the service is quite uneven. Staff were generally friendly except for a few in the restaurant. Food in the restaur... อ่านต่อ

The beach isn't nice for swimming. The location is very far from everything. The hotel runs a complimentary shuttle bus to both of the largest towns but it's only once per day so you're stuck all day ... อ่านต่อ
