Lovely view, but...

The resort is well situated, the bed was most comfortable and the staff are very helpful.
However, the Thai style raised wooden cottages don't really work with air conditioners. The traditional design relies on open windows and a ceiling vent to let the hot air out and draw fresh air in. But the room's windows lack mosquito screens or nets so you don't want to leave them open and the a/c can't cope, consequently the rooms are extremely hot during the day and evening.
The restaurant is good, but breakfast is poor, with limited choices, inferior quality and not re-stocked, so don't arrive late.
We won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it to friends.

Beautiful Bungalow
