Beautiful but No brain inside.

I looking forward to review this hotel so much.
b/c it Bad experient for me.
the HT look Hi-So but just looking inside mo have anything. just only bad staff live inside take salary but not work anything.
Gaurd man who cant remember come in-out within 5min
Reception who work SaaaaaaLowwwwwLy on c/i and c/o and cant help when you got troble.
massage room with dead air call for massage as i book on 22.00 but. no one come to talk and reception cant help you.
and the bad thing not over yet. abf on morning with dirty table and very bad staff service. no ask room no. for for abf if we no abf include i think we can eat for free. belive me! and again check bill do very Slow too. and2 staff as resruarant on one look at guest. just groupimg and talking or play phone as low qc hotel. but your hotel is Hi end HT right ?
I dont think so. It look great but if you come to look close you will see this HT is very bad not great as they look.

Very nice modern hotel close to airport Staff is outstanding. The hotel is maybe 2 or 3 years old very nice But it is far from Bangkok city center They have shuttle to airport
