a very terrible hotel

I could not understand why the name of the hotel is a family because it is this accommodation is the worst. The owner was very aggressive and menacing and kicked us out at night without a proper explanation. He doesn't mean to listen others and he is really rude and unkind. He is like a parrot because he repeats “AGAIN” which is the only English word he knows. I don't want to think about this hotel again, so I want a refund as soon as possible.
