Overall worth for the money

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room with balcony. However the tv channel would only last for few minutes then gone blank, didn't bother to fix it as we were out most of the time. Toilet amenities were not up to the standard of the room rate, only tooth brush kit offered. Breakfast was fantastic.
