The house is amazing, large bedrooms & bathrooms, walk in closet, pool, nice biee and a huge living area but take into consideration that the owner will set an allowed electricity for you to use without extra charge and if you go beyond that, you’ll have to pay. Mind you the alloted electricity is not much at all. She said just turn on the aircon at night and electricity won’t exceed. For the whole duration of our stay we never stayed inside the rooms or turned on the AC, we only used it from 11pm to 9am. Never used AC in the first floor and still we exceeded the alloted electricity. It’s kind of a scam honestly. We already payed a huge amount for the house per night and i dont understand why we have to be very very very cautious about using electricity. Also it’s stated in the rules that after 10pm, noise isn’t allowed. There was this one night where our laugh was a tad bit loud and she messaged me that if we don’t keep quiet she will call the police and kick us out w/o refund.
