Very Bad

A week ago we checked into this place and suffered a loss from this villa due to poor management. We lost hk $2000 while we were sleeping and asked the landlord if he can help us for looking the thief via CCTV. Unfortunately he said the CCTV didn’t work for that night only. Next day we went to shopping for awhile with the doors locked with the proof of picture but while we returned one of our door was open. We asked landlord about it but he refused to admit that there is a thief in that villa and blamed us for not locking the door properly. But the police came and found out there’s two door was broken by the screw . Then we asked the landlord and he said that was break by his staff before. Overall very horrible experience of our holiday with the family. Anyway whoever want to rent this villa please be careful!
