Good location,staff and service

Somedays missing handtowels,our room dont have iron and when my wife call hotelphone they cannot speak thai with her what was funny since we are thailand 😅. Staff was good and some little bit funny too (we like). Free Tuktuk service for terminal21 every 15min is good so you dont need to walking. We stay 6 night still dont see any bacon for breakfast what would be normal for 5 star hotel i think my parents like coffee at breakfast.
