Services was not satisfied!

Total three tower in hotel and each tower have 7 floors, I’m live in the first building, but the lounge and swimming pool are in the second building, you must entry for the next building everytime you want to have some service. I’m the executive suite and free 2 laundry service each day. Need 10-15mins to walking to the Asoke Station or Nana Station, of course they have a Tuk tuk for you to the station, but you need to wait... 1. Room: was big have balcony, those facilities in room was in good condition, room have many adaptor port you can use including the bedsides, water temperature and pressure was good, but little mistake in room: mouldy bathmat, little dusty bedside lamp, nothing ashtray in the smoking room and hair dryer by request, no refill the laundry bag, HSKP, FO services wasn’t in the same level, first day they friendly, but other day was no eye contact even you want to talk to them, Nobody ask me need tuk tuk to the station. I wish this not a racism for Asia people!

Breakfast in hotel

Mixed review, horrible checkin and systems, but staff were lovely

Unacceptably check in time
Turn up in the hotel 230pm but was waited 30 minutes due to room not available . Told the staff i ll be returning in couple of hours and give them ample of time for room preparation. When i check in ... อ่านต่อ

Nice stay
Warm welcome since arrive hotel .. love chocolate hr. Service , food & beverage in executive lounge is awesome . Hotel also gave me surprise Birthday cake . Will come back again in the future
