WOULD NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL AGAIN

Is there anyone want to being humiliated, ignored, and treated like a bothersome pest? The unfriendly hotel staff made my journey unpleasant.
I arrive at hotel shortly after 1pm and after 30mins i got my room. But, i asked to change it to another room because it was different from what i wanted (I asked for a cityview room, but they gave me a different type of room on the grounds that they had never received such a request.)
At that time I told to her I didn't like that room, the hotel staff said they'd change the room if I waited a moment, and I said "yes".
BUT, I was waited for 40 minutes but i couldn't check in to the new room, and when i asked again "When can i get my new room?" they said that i have to wait another 4-50minutes more. WHEN I asked her to chage the room she said to me in an angry tone "wait a minutes."
It doesn't mean that her attitude was bad from the beginning. However, I was disappointed from her attitude of accepting the my request. The hotel check-in time

Not a 5 Star Hotel

Nice, clean and modern hotel. For the money, the breakfast spread was good. Conviniently located.
