Great hotel but No 'Joy"

Had a fabulous stay at this outstanding hotel with the exception of my encounter with a schmuck-face horrible receptionist called Joy-less, who insisted on charging my 18 month child for breakfast and refused to extend late check out by 30 minutes to 12.30pm.
There were many other outstanding staff like Diaw (he was really superb) and Hai-o and the lady working on the night shift on 8 August who spent 2 hours helping a family rearranged all their bookings. Location is excellent being close to the market and city centre and the nice swimming pool.
The quality of breakfast is not so good so keep your expectations down.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel but hope that you wont have to deal with one of the awful front desk staff. Otherwise, it could be No Joy.

Great location

Lukas from Switzerland
Good hotel in the center, 100 m from an old gate and bus and taxis. Breakfast is rich. The staff is extra, absolut great.
