Awful - noisy while raining

We stayed there in January. Unfortunately it rained almost for a week because of passing storm not far from Ao Nang. We stayed in a very bottom room in a basement. It stunk of damp like old cellar but the worst was the noise from the metal roof on the tarace. We couldn't sleep in there. Maybe other rooms are ok but not in a basement. We wanted to change the the room but everything was fully booked because of evacuation of Phi Phi island. AVOID! If you stay don't let them put you in basement. Have a great holiday :)
