Everything is good but the receptionist lady

very clean room and new facilities, location is near the beach, the breakfast and swimming pool in Miami hotel is a big plus. However, the receptionist lady is seems in a blue mood, we checked in around 7pm without informing them in advance, coz Agoda indicated their reception is opening until 10pm. However, when we arrived the lady is seems waiting for us, which we feel sorry about, she was seems has other urgent things to do and just show us the room and gave us the key, no welcome water and code towel, no help on carrying our luggage though they have extremely longer upstairs without escalator or elevator. Before we settle down, she just disappeared and when we went back to the reception,it just closed, and no other staff can help coz they did not give any number to call neither. we stayed there for 3nights and the receptionist lady never and ever smile to us, every time we ask her questions she looks like very impatient. if u don’t mind the staff there ruined ur mood, you may pick up this hotel to stay.

Everything would be OK but...
everything would be ok but... we booked the most expensive available room "with the sea view" and you could not see even piece of sea even far away. It is just a cheating. The hotel is located on the ... อ่านต่อ

Clean and value for money
Clean and value for money. Simply breakfast and helpful staff. 5mins walks to beach. No car park and just need to park the car beside the road side.
