Please don't do Hopeland if this is your dream trip to Thailand !

You will be so disappointed because its down to just how lucky you are .Essentially this is an issue of consistency . If you are served by Hara , Japanese Manager yours is sheer good luck . If you are served by the Thai manager he is condescending and will tell you to " just relax" when complaints are made . If you are lucky you get a nice room ; if not a mouldy room with aircon that does'nt work or Tv or sink or toilet ad infinitum . This game of how lucky you are is not for you if you 've dreamed of a stress free holiday . So be good to yourself . Good luck !

Awful !! Dont stay here . Hopeland go all out to cut costs!
