Good facilities but unused

:) Nice and quiet location, beautiful plants and garden. Large and clean room (cleaned up every day), breakfast also OK.

:( It is not kept clean the terrace, the place around the pool, (the pool is a joke be the way...) the stairs or the beach. We spent 5 days there and was never cleaned up during this time, it was full of falled leaves and dirt. The trash bins outside was fully, they didn't empty and the monkeys came, eat and scattered the containt and THIS HASN'T BEEN CLEANED UP EITHER FOR DAYS (may still be there...) They have just left there by the pool.

SUGGESTION: If I had a resort at a so nice place I would save and highlight its beauty. I would rake the floor and also the beach every day! Believe me, tourists like this, especially for so much money!!!

Very disappointed, not value for money at all...
