Terrible reception

Location was nice. Pool is small. Staff is great, except for the reception staff.
We were two families travelling together and when we asked to be put jn rooms adjacent to one another. They said 'cannot' because the room next to my sister in law was occupied. They put us in the back of the resort instead. We waited and for 2 days and the room remained empty. When we approached them again. They continued to refuse with no litigate reason why. Eventually they gave in with a huge sigh as if they thought it was a bother to change the booking on the computer. Can't imagine that it would be that hard.
My sister and law and I booked together and payed the same price on Agoda for our rooms shame they made us wait so long for no apparent reason.
