To be honest it is not up to scratch. It has a great position near beach. The room is rather bae with n coffee/tea making facilities. One day it did not get cleaned. On Agoda I paid $50 AUD which is 1250 baht. Hotels next to it with similar standard are 600 baht. It is not a 4 star. it is not a 3 star. Maybe a 2 star
