Great service, great pool and facilities

Great hotel for the price. We loved the pool and it was good having a jug to make tea and coffee in the room (I think the nice girl on reception brought us a jug, if I remember correctly). Good wifi too. Only think is it's not Patong Beach, where most tourists stay when they go to Phuket. And we didn't find any cheap eateries nearby. There is one really nice restaurant nearby but it's not super cheap - very good though. It's a little back up the street and across the road and has a cool pond with huge fish in it and outdoor tables. Other than that you can get room service meals which were okay. So location is the downside of this place but everything else was great.

Disappointing stay after it being recommended

Good staff and very clean
Good staff and very clean. Hotel is on a very busy main road and TV had only 1 English channel. Breakfast was pretty average too. 10 minutes walk to Tiger Muay Thai
