EXTREMELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Booked this apartment together with 2 other groups of friends.
2 days before our ETA, we were informed that the apartment is not available.
Was offered Ozone Condotel Kata Beach (guess it's under the same management).
Our friends were offered another location. Tried to ask for the same hotel as our friends but was denied.
Pictures of Ozone Condotel Kata Beach looked good and hence we accepted it although it was far from our friends' place.
Checked-in, room did not look the same as the pcitures!
Rushed out for lunch and did not really inspect the room then.
When we were back at night at 11pm the reception was closed.
Upon inspection, towels looked dirty, floors felt dusty, bathroom had a smell, TV only had thai -speaking channels, no telephone in the room! Further, there was no receptionist for us to highlight about the shortcomings.
Check out time was 12-2, reception was closed at 12-1 for lunch break; and the person who checked us in did not tell us about their break time.
