Bad services.

I had a bad experiences while staying at this hotel. On my 2nd day, hostest at the cafe said someone using my room number for breakfast. At the same day, my friend room have a door problem and aircond leaking. We ask to change the room they said no room available, but after my leader urged them, we can switch to another room. Why to sell a bad room to a customer? I cant brain. This hotel also do not provide iron bcs long time ago they had a guest using an iron till burning. What a reason..
