excellent location & design w questionable service

this hotel was definitely a sight to see in samui and one of the more thoughfully designed places I have seen. however, the service leaves much to be desired for this price point, as few of the staff speak good english and several times this led to confusion during our stay, i.e. ordering pillows and getting room service, having the security guard question us when we returned to the hotel at night. overall a good stay though.

Excellent property right on the beach
