a bit disappointed

overall the room is good but not much restaurant to choose in the hotel. room service is ok and my children like it. one thing disappoint us is that one day we went out to the private beach area and suddenly having heavy rains, we are in a group of 6 in which there is 2 kids, it's raining like storm and we can't find another one to help there to send us back to the hotel. the hotel staffs should come pick us up if there is kind of terrible weather....we kind of keep calling the reception and asking for help...it's like we all need to wait for more than an hour to have someone from hotel driving to pick us up. kind of scary experience.
