Poor Customer Service
After a two day stay at First Pacific, I had to return to Australia quickly for a personal reason. The Hotel's NO Cancellation policy would not give me a Refund or Discount on my remaining 7 days of accommodation. No matter how much I "pleaded" with Reception and then Management they would not budge.
Facilities-: You didn't even get a Jug in your room for Tea or Coffee (they gave me a thermos to go down 12 floors to fill up with Hot water)and apart from the scummy Bathroom and a Bed that was like sleeping on concrete. The Entry Door had a 3 cm gap under front door and therefore you heard every sound from the many hundred's of Chinese visitors who were very loud!!!
