no so good...

the grâce house was not à good house for us.

seems to be an hôtel... not à human place. staff Nice but à lot of bedrooms, we don't feel like in an Hostel....

the room was really little and smell artificial parfum. but clean.
breakfast always the sale during two days.

if you are looking for a place like home or like Hostel to meet some people, it's not the place to be.

Horrible experience, left house early

Nice & clean
The Grace House Chiang Mai is a good place to stay, nice & clean room. The staff is friendly with smile, good location too. Easy to walk around & near the night market.
