a decent and quiet place to stay
Its our umpteenth time in Phuket. This time we decided to choose Ramada as we attracted by the large rooms. We booked 2 Premier Pool View Rooms and got it on the 4th floor, which were not bad.
1. Rooms were clean- no doubt they took sometime to clean the room and I totally understand cause there was only 1 nice lady working on that floor in the morning.
2. The staff were mostly friendly. Efficient.
3. In House Spa was amazing. Except for the noisy aircon.
4. Halal Breakfast buffet. We have had "halal" breakfast buffet before but they were not totally halal. My parents were spoilt for choice. They really enjoyed their breakfast. It was a wide spread.
5. Wifi- strong signal.
6. Swimming pool is good. Not slippery.
Something they might want to look into would probably be the tiles in the shower. they do get slippery when wet.
On the whole we enjoyed our stay at Ramada. If you want some peace in the bustling Patong Beach, we recommend staying here. Very family friendly hotel. Thank you for the birthday surprise eventhough they came when I was not in the room.
