Comfortable stay at Laan House!

We had a comfortable stay at Laan House Hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially the young man who kept us up to date with events going on in and around Chiang Mai. We did encounter a slight problem with our first room which resulted in a not-so-comfortable first night, however upon informing the staff they were incredibly apologetic, immediatey upgraded us to a better room and even gave us a sweet gift as an apology. The quality of a stay in a hotel is sometimes improved by the way the staff handle unexpected problems, so we were really impressed by this. We had a comfortable stay at Laan House Hotel. Cool place to stay
